CROSSWALK
Our Church’s mission is to make Christ-like disciples. As we lead and support our youth group, we take this challenge very seriously. We intentionally seek to build meaningful relationships in and beyond our group. Our leadership team, both students and adults, is dedicated to engaging their fellow peers whenever possible. Our youth group strives to meet two main objectives: to love God as we seek to grow in our relationship with him, and to love others in a way that fosters a thriving community of faith.
Sunday:
CROSSWALK Talk - 6:30-7:30pm - Fire pit/Youth Building
CROSSWALK - 6:30-8:00pm - Youth Building
Early Adult Ministries
Karcher Naz Young Adults is an open and welcoming group. Some in college, some out of college, some working, some not, but all looking for ways to learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
On Sundays the group meets after morning worship at 12:30 pm for conversation in the Fireside Room in the Family Life Center. This weekly Karcher Naz Young Adult session is centered around a Bible based lesson with a challenge to intentionally live as Jesus calls us to live—fully and in community. We’ll share stories while we’re at it and grapple with what “good news” means in the context of now.
Keep an eye for more on this page to be in the know for other activities, small groups, and random adventures.
Karcher Women's Ministries
Whether a summer pool party, weekend retreat, Bible study, local service project, or crafting day, Cherish Ministries at Karcher offers opportunities for fellowship, connection, growth and service for every woman. Activities are planned at least quarterly and posted here and on our Facebook page. Friends are always welcome!
Karcher Men's Ministries
If you change a man, his family will change, too; then his church; and then his community. But it starts with a man, and every man needs to be discipled. Our mission is to call men into authentic manhood on their journey of becoming like Jesus; men who reject passivity, accept responsibility, lead courageously, and expect the greater reward: God’s reward. Our focus is not male dominance but rather a male resurgence within the church. We must have a strong vision that is: Relational, Transformational, Missional, and Generational.
Today the role of men in our households and in our families is under attack. Men's Ministries is an essential part of a Christian man's life, providing mentoring relationships, with skill building so that our families can experience a husband, a father, or a brother that presents Christ-Likness in every aspect of his life.
Contact Pastor Wink (see "Meet Our Staff") and find out how you can be a part of this ministry today.

We have multiple ways to get involved in discipleship, volunteer support, and social events with others who enjoy spending time in fellowship and service, although for the time being. Most of our fellowship activities are currently on hold due to the Corona Virus Pandemic.
Sunday School and Discipleship
Karcher Church has strong commitments from members for our Sunday Studies in our Sunday School groups. Not just our Sunday meetings, but there are always additional events, pot-lucks, special music concerts, and much more to engage in. We offer many differing choices based upon subject matter, and group types. You are always welcome in every group, so take some time and visit several groups, and find where you feel the most comfortable. Just one warning...you will engage in new relationships and are likely to find "Life-Long" friends.
Worship Arts Teams
The Bible commands, "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord." At Karcher Church, we believe praise and worship should not be a spectator sport, but that everyone is called to be directly engaged as we lift our hearts and voices to the Lord. The Worship Arts at Karcher includes Worship Team, Worship Band, Choir (currently suspended), Scripture Team, and Tech Team (Audio, Media, Camera, Livestream, & Lighting). If you are interested in joining one of these teams, please contact Pastor Seth.
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19
Karcher Church is a place where people from all walks of life can begin or continue their journey toward a relationship with GOD. It is a place where seekers, new believers, or seasoned followers can grow in that relationship. We are a community of believers that want nothing more than to establish true friendships with others on the same journey. Our worship is contemporary and our style is casual. You can come just as you are, what is important is that you come.
Everything has a beginning. Karcher Nazarene had her beginning as The Franklin Road Church of the Nazarene founded in 1949 by a group of Northwest Nazarene College students and community members. The church thrived, growing rapidly and seven pastors were called during the time at the Franklin Road location. It would be twenty-five years after her founding that the church would move to a new location. An 80 acre farm was purchased, plans for a building were designed, and a new name was given: Karcher Church of the Nazarene. At this time, it was a church that seemed to be way out in the middle of farm land, somewhere between Nampa and Caldwell. Today, the farm land is gone, and the location is a central location in the City of Nampa.
Today, Karcher Church is a growing, exciting fellowship of like-minded holiness people. We are seeing days of harvest in the surrounding community as we continue to endeavor to make Christ-like disciples.
