Meeting the need

Following the disastrous wildfire of August 2023 on Maui, Hawaii, the Pukalani Community Church of the Nazarene started relief efforts to support the community of Lahaina and surrounding areas. Part of these efforts now include building transitional homes for families impacted by the fires, and needing temporary homes until they can find permanent housing. Karcher Church sent a small mission team in May-June 2024 to help build these transitional homes, and support the efforts of the Pukalani Church.
