Global Missions

How we fit into Global Missions

Along with supporting local and national mission work, our church also serves globally as part of Nazarene Missions International (NMI). NMI is the local church-based worldwide mobilization and promotional arm of the Church of the Nazarene. The purpose of NMI is to mobilize the church in missions through the four areas of: praying, educating, giving, and disciplining.

For more information about Nazarene Mission International, please visit the Church of the Nazarene NMI website. It contains additional information about missionary profiles & deputation, giving opportunities, prayer mobilization line, and education resources.

What our Mission teams like to do

For over 20 years, Karcher Church of the Nazarene has been very active travelling and supporting missionaries and their ministries in the USA and around the world. These Nazarene Mission service trips (formerly called Work & Witness) have ranged from constructing churches, remodeling pastor homes, remodeling projects at Nazarene Universities, hosting medical clinics, distributing food, showing the Jesus film, and leading Vacation Bible Schools.
